@thryvewithlauren: Chronic illness-friendly lower body workout 🤍 A reminder that “chronic illness-friendly” does not mean one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s symptoms, abilities, and exercise tolerance are different. The sets and reps I include are guidelines, not requirements. If your body can only tolerate 2–3 reps, start there. If you need to use less resistance, decrease your range of motion, take longer breaks, modify a movement, or skip it completely — do that. The goal is not to push through symptoms or complete every rep. It is to find movement that feels manageable for your body and build from there if tolerated. This workout is entirely seated and designed for lower-energy days or for anyone who feels better exercising from a seated position. Save this for a day when you want some gentle lower-body movement, and send it to someone who might need it 🤍 Resistance band is linked in my ShopMy in my bio! What chronic illness-friendly workout should I do next? Drop your requests below! #potssyndrome #dysautonomia #chronicillness #eds #posturalorthostatictachycardiasyndrome

the way you say "2-3 reps, start there" is literally everything 😭 it’s so hard to find workouts that get that. i started logging my energy levels and how i feel after these seated sessions in the Endora app, it helps me see what actually works for my body on low energy days
