This is after Adam betrayed GOD by eating off the tree of life. We are reading the book of life not following GOD bc Adam was suppose to be the GOD fearing man that’s explained throughout so until ppl learn the nature of Adam and Eve abd the tree they will see that we are not living under the GOD they think we are.

Did you read it all or just cherry picked this verse to make accusation against Jehovah. If you go back to chapter 8 you will see that Ezekiel was taken into vision. Jehovah was showing Exekiel all that evil and abominations that Israel was committing which was punishable be death. In Exekiel 9 in the vision Jehovah sent an angel with a Inkhorn to mark those Israelites who had not partook of all this evil and abomination. But all of this was in vision and not in reality...But Jehovah is a righteous Judge and is obligated to show mercy to the innocent, as He did with Noah, with Lot and his wife and daugthers, as He did with Ninevah. But He will not let sin run amok, but being a righteousness will bring Judgment as on Sodom and Gomorrah and I believe we in our present very sinful world is due for Judgment also...........

We used to have a loving God, before Adam fell.. Now we have a "pissed off" God ; who kills their offspring, because basically, Adam and Eve didn't "hold Him down.".. They believed the lie that if they'd ate, they would've become gods, themselves.. They chose the hope of independence from God, and ate heartily.. So now we pay the price.. God is killing everyone imputed with Adam's sinful guilt, left and right, at will.. He still does love, tho'.. He chose many, to love.. ❤️
