Oh I hope you got to see our beautiful Mount Tahoma (her indigenous name). I think it goes without saying for all Washingtonians that it never gets old seeing the mountain when she it out. I’ve lived here my whole life, and will always be amazed at the beauty that is this state. I’m glad you got to experience some too!

i’m from upstate new york & i’ve done road trips all over california but i’ve never been to washington or oregon or the midwest and id love to! every state is so different. that’s why a lot of us only travel around the US for vacation. so much to see!

Mountains out here are significantly younger than back east which is why they’re so much taller. Also for really big trees keep going south

Only half of the state is wooded with trees, the entire eastern side is desert, rolling hills in the Palouse, and giant Columbia River Gorge

West and East are completely different so are the oceans. The West Coast always makes me feel like you said, on another planet. It looks prehistoric. I love it. Washington, Oregon, Northern Cal. And then Utah is a different planet all together. Make sure when you can visit some of Washington’s islands.
