Ingredients: 6 large eggs, hard boiled 4 tbsp plain full-fat Greek yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp fresh dill or cilantro, chopped 3 tbsp green onions (green parts only), chopped 3 tbsp red onion, chopped 1/4 tsp sea salt A pinch of black pepper To serve: Romaine lettuce leaves Avocado slices Extra chopped green and red onions Instructions: 1. Boil your eggs, peel them, and let them cool down a bit. 2. Add the eggs to a bowl and mash them up with the plain Greek yogurt. 3.
