Everyone whines about the prep for colonoscopy, but if you do the Miralax prep it’s not bad. Just the couple days of no solid food gets old. Morning procedure gets good lunch.

The poop in a box won’t find any pre-cancerous polyps. Don’t ignore the colonoscopy. It is not bad at all. The prep is worse than the procedure, but it is a light diet for a few days then drink the stuff the day before and morning of for a good clean out. The procedure is a breeze, since they knock you out. Then after, eat all you want. I’ve had two and I get them every 3 years. More polyps were found on the second one compared to the first.

the 'poop in a box' thing is literally me every other day with my SIBO 😭 like sometimes i just wanna send a sample of my insides to a lab for answers lol. i log my digestive symptoms in the Endora app to keep track of what's going on, it helps me feel less lost with all this gut stuff!💝💝

The box should be in the shape of a large banana! Put the toilet paper in the box with your 💩! That way the person on the other end can clean their hands! I hope it all works out for you 😳
