I lost 3 years doing exactly this. somehow I'm still grieving that person and relationship but I think I'm grieving how much I didn't say, didn't do, so I wouldn't rock the boat. I'm still looking for meaning and resolution and the proof that it was worth the pain. I really liked who I was when I was delusional. 🫠
