@maymirrorstyle: 👋 WHAT’S TODAY’S PRACTICE? Today’s practice is Under-Eye Lymphatic Drainage, the first step in my Japanese Face Sculpting routine. Whenever my under-eye area looks puffy, tired, or dark, this is where I like to start. This gentle drainage massage helps move excess fluid away from the eye area and supports healthy circulation before we begin sculpting the face. 👀 HOW TO DO IT You can do this on clean skin or apply your favorite serum, gel, balm, or facial oil for extra slip. Using at least two fingers, gently glide from underneath your eyes outward toward your temples. Keep the pressure very light around the delicate eye area. Repeat this movement at least 7 times. Once you reach your temples, continue the movement around and behind your ears. From behind your ears, gently glide down the sides of your neck toward your collarbones. Repeat the entire sequence 7 times, slowly and gently. ✨ BENEFITS • Helps reduce the appearance of under-eye puffiness and bags caused by temporary fluid buildup • Supports natural lymphatic drainage around the eye area • Encourages healthy circulation and helps tired-looking eyes appear more refreshed • May temporarily improve the appearance of some types of dark circles associated with puffiness or poor circulation • Helps release tension around the eyes and prepares your face for the rest of your sculpting routine Think of this as the first step whenever your eyes look tired, heavy, or puffy: drain first, then sculpt. 🤍 👋 WHAT’S TODAY’S PRACTICE? Today’s practice is Centering, a simple preparation before you begin Japanese Face Sculpting. Centering helps you slow down, settle your breathing, and bring your awareness into your hands before you touch your face. 👀 HOW TO DO IT Sit or stand tall with your spine comfortably straight and relax your shoulders. Bring your palms together gently in front of your chest and close your eyes. Inhale through your nose for 5 seconds, pause for 2 seconds, then slowly exhale through your mouth for 7 seconds. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, clean air filling your body. As you breathe out, imagine releasing tension from your body and mind. Bring your awareness to your lower abdomen, then imagine warmth and energy traveling all the way to your fingertips. Repeat for 5 slow breaths. ✨ BENEFITS • Helps calm your mind and slow down • Encourages deeper, more intentional breathing • Helps release tension throughout your body • Prepares your mind, body, and hands for your face-sculpting practice Think of this as your little ritual before you begin: a moment to slow down, connect with yourself, and prepare to care for your face. 🤍
