The car overheated and either the head gasket or the block are cracked. Since heat closes the crack, most likely the block is cracked and the crack closes when it expands

If you open the engine put m54b30 forged pistons and crank hub in the m50b25 and then you will have an engine which will make 700hp with a snail.

Metal when heated enough ekspands, so the headgasket seals itself after the engine heats, which is what i guess is A bad headgasket.

M50b25 would be a shame not to rebuild, i know machine shops are expensive but we have already surfaced heads at home with no problems at all, mark the entire surface with sharpie and then pull and tug it with someone on a metal workbench or something. I call this the indian method, it is not like a machine shop but if it works it works

It is the head gasket. The gasket has 3 separators that act independently to keep fluids in their "canal". So just like it is possible that your blown head gasket can cause milky oil it can also cause singularities as well such as the wall is broken near the piston side so the antifreeze is entering the head instead of the oil. When that happens the blown head gasket can cause a white and sweet smelling emissions, also will clean the head during combustion and constantly cause low coolant levels.
