I was honest in my visa applications and my interview, the officer literally singled me out. Asked me “why my parents came to the US years ago, gave the honest answer, officer didn’t believe me and said. Until I tell them why my parents came to the U.S. I will keep getting Visa denials” You got to be kidding me 🤦🏻♂️My purpose and intent was honest and truthful. Clearly the first officer that approved it didn’t see an issue and I went home to the UK. They gave me 6 months stay in U.S. I stayed for 4 months to explore the U.S. and visit family. I left and did not overstay. Getting approval to visit your family that are American is nuts.
