Ok I haven’t seen anyone say this, I don’t know much about the army but I do know that if you do a lot of exercise you’re supposed to drink your water slowly, drinking a litre of water while your body is still regulating itself will most likely make you throw up so I’m assuming they were just doing physical training and if so I’m surprised he was the only one 😭
