Sally Beauty is owned by a company called Beauty Systems Group. They own Sally Beauty, CosmoProf and a franchise company called Armstrong McCall! I work at Cosmoprof and they support all DEI programs, they have wonderful training programs on Diversity and Inclusivity, they send us informative emails on all inclusive and supportive months like Black History Month, Pride Month, Juneteenth and International Women’s Day and the company doesn’t discriminate against hiring anyone!!
