Coach Marwa :
I have pain under the knee directly, I don’t know if it’s the bone or the tendon or the muscle, I started jogging recently.

I have arthritis in both knees-i’m 28. I know exercise helps loads however my inflammation and fluid buildup causes so much pain and pressure. Any suggestions? Can’t do any squats or lunges and kneeling down I get stuck because the pain to rise hurts so bad. No clicking just pain. Steroid injections help temporarily. When I was on ozempic in the past it made all inflammation and pain go away too.

Hi Dr, Thanks for explaining the knee pain so simple and clearly. just picked an outer quad tendinitis from vestus lateralis. I thought my quads were strong but boom knee pain. I am a 54 year old long distance social runner. Have done lots of marathons amd ultras over the years. I am trying to rehabilitate it through walking. plz advise

That's a really helpful explanation! Thank you for sharing. My problem is with my patellar tendon—do you have any suggestions for relieving it?

Wow this is an EXCELLENT visual & explanation 🙌🏼 Would pain in the Pes Anserine area cause sharp stabbing pain at night? Right knee is affected; especially when I lay on my left side, even with a pillow between my knees.

I have all of that pain both knees. It’s so extreme and I’m desperate for help. PT for a year to strengthen hips, hasn’t helped. Shots didn’t help, MRI showed tendinosis, bakers cysts, arthritis (not bone on bone yet) fluid build up. I’m only 41 and can barely walk I’m in so much pain every second.

Hi I have the following symptoms, what should I do? I think the symptoms are related to my cartilage, but I can walk and go up and down stairs without pain. What should I do?
