@coachjoshw: Throwback to when @NBA vet, Winter Park legend and host of Off Guard Podcast, Austin Rivers, had time to break down one of his favorite drills for one of my basketball guys. Very down to earth. Was not in a hurry by any means. Took the time out of his day to share some 🏀🏀 knowledge. One of the main things he tries to emphasize in this drill is the CHANGE IN SPEED/PACE. Don’t be afraid to mess up. Mix up your moves. Push your limits and realize failure is part of the process.
