Some of ya’ll need your driving privileges REVOKED immediately. In either case, the walker has the right of way. This is a classic scenario drivers get wrong every time. Even if the truck has a solid green light or solid red light, they have to yield to traffic when turning left UNLESS it’s a green left arrow.

everyone blaming her is crazy!! she was waiting for the signal to turn for her to cross. the blue truck illegally turned left when she had the right of way. but either way, she went when no cars were coming and she had the right of way, the truck was in the wrong no matter what.
