With the emptied vanilla pods I put them into my jar of caster sugar (white sugar) I use for baking and it’s like a homemade vanilla sugar ✨🫧

Fresh vanilla beans are otherworldly!Growing up my mum would pop a whole stick or two into a huge jar of caster sugar and we’d have " vanilla sugar" for when she baked cakes .
