There’s 11 years gap between my younger brother and I…. But I created an atmosphere where he can freely talk to me as if we’re age mates, we talk and laugh we chat freely. Trust me, the respect is still there, I just don’t want him feeling intimidated and being unexpressive around me. I hate to brag about age too often where not necessary. Respect is mostly earned not forced.
