I do TV scan at 5weeks and dr didn't see anything, and the test is positive I repeat the test after the TV scan still positive, please what was the problem

Im at 7wks as per my LMP July 19. But if I will base it on the date of conception which is Aug 1, Im still at 5wks. I know they will go by LMP. Did my TVS and abdominal scan yesterday no embryo only sac. Should I hope or not
