I'm 10 years in. I have had 2 psychosis episodes!!! One was this year and very easy to get out of. the other was back in 2022 and lasted for 2 years!!!! Seek help guys!! Be honest with yourself!

I appreciate you talking about this. It helps with myself personally, but also recently my fyp kept giving me videos talking about how following/listening to people in psychosis can send you into it yourself, so I panicked and limited the witchy accounts/unfollowed most of them I followed cause I had no idea how I could possibly know the difference and avoid that.

I have struggled but I won’t lose. I questioned my sanity many times. My son has mental health issues/psychotic episodes a couple of times my husband physically unwell and I may lose him prematurely. It’s why I started practicing. I also work in mental health and adore the patients I work with. How do I call out to hekate Lilith for guidance I believe I need it
