Tomatillo salsa recipe 👇🏾 INGREDIENTS 1 lb tomatillos, husked and rinsed 4 small Serrano peppers with seeds (remove the seeds if you don’t like spice) 1/2 red onion 1 large garlic clove 1/2 cup cilantro 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup water Juice of one lime METHOD 1. broil the tomatillos for 3-4 minutes. Then flip the vegetables and continue to broil for another 3-4 minutes. 2. Transfer the tomatillos and remaining vegetables into a blender, and add the water, cilantro, lime and salt. Blend until you reach your desired consistency. 3. Allow the salsa to cool before serving. #backyardgarden #gardener #gardenharvest #Foodie #vegetablegarden
