I heard baby's are very sensitive to pressure, maybe when you roll the window down it decrease the pressure in the car and makes the baby feel better?

me and my husband had taken our twins to a local Irish fibers store in town and the owner is an older Irish woman and she told me to play or run a vacuum cleaner sound. it worked like a fricken charm. 😂 I think of her often for saving my sanity.

She likes white noise which is a blessing for you. Start playing white noise sounds at bed time and she'll start recognizing that as time to sleep and she'll use it as she grows. If I put white noise on for my 6yo he knocks out quick🥰

Have you tried Brown Noise? (Actually being serious) I'm very sensitive to noises, and it just perfectly calms me down and I fall asleep. A woman in a store had it playing and her baby was being amazing, so I asked her, and she said it was brown noise.

your baby might be really car sick, I was too and my mom couldn't figure out why I hated the car so much until I told her I get sick when the car starts moving when I was 13.

Idk but have we considered that babies get nauseous/ motion sickness like adults do? Maybe he doesn’t hate car rides maybe he gets nauseous
