 FOR THE CHICKEN * 300g diced chicken breast * 20g cornflour * 1 tbsp soy sauce * ½ tsp garlic granules * ½ tsp smoked paprika * Black pepper FOR THE NOODLES * 2 nests medium egg noodles * 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped * 1/2 onion, sliced * ½ red pepper, thinly sliced * 1 tsp sesame oil * 2tbsp soy sauce * 3 spring onions, sliced (save some to sprinkle on top) * 1tbsp oyster sauce (optional) BANG BANG SAUCE * 3 tbsp light mayonnaise * 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce * 1 tbsp sriracha * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 1 tsp sesame oil The full written recipe will be available on my app this week, comment “APP” and I will send you the link to sign up, There’s currently an offer where you can sign up and get your first 7 days FREE, giving you access to all of these recipes + 100’s more.
