@cigzaftersx5: Christmas 2022. ; I remember our last Christmas very well. we spent that winter struggling a lot, or more so you watching me struggling. You never failed to help. i remember Christmas Eve you were supposed to be busy as you had told me before. I was sad but understood it. I had called you once, and you never pick up. Funny enough you answered. I stayed on the other line keeping silent as I didn’t want to ruin your festivities. You called my name twice. Then I spoke, voice shaky and eyes filled with tears. I finally got the words off of my tongue, “im scared. It happened”. You knew what that meant and ditched all of your plans to stay with me on call - showing me on ft to ur family and pets. It truly was a merry Christmas. We stayed talking to midnight, we had said merry Christmas to each other first. Then we fell asleep. You woke up early to get a plate of food and my present. I cried because I hadn’t got you anything special yet you cherished my letters and plush. we stayed watchin hp as it was my comfort movie even though you hated it ‘n made fun of me.. that was the last Christmas I was truly happy. Only then i realized love came in many forms. Later that fall we stopped talking and went to live our lives separately.
