I was the baker for the wedding, got there by 12pm, I was doubting if I was in the right place cuz no set up until I saw the banner. had to help them set up, told my staff that followed me to join them in setting up, I felt so bad that day, I had to be patient

Looking at the comments from business owners on this page, especially service providers, is honestly disturbing. The fact that some of you are blaming the customer instead of holding the vendor accountable for not delivering is exactly why people struggle to trust small businesses I personally find vendors through comment sections. I see someone whose work I like, go to their page, check them out, and patronise them. Now imagine I’m planning my wedding, I come across your comment, and you’re insulting the victim instead of acknowledging that the vendor messed up. Why would I trust you with my money? Customers don’t choose a vendor knowing they’ll be disappointed. That is literally why they are paying you to deliver the service properly Please, as business owners, learn when to speak and when to simply observe…Your comments are also part of your brand…People are watching…They are judging your professionalism, your character and whether they can trust you Then later, you’ll wonder why people aren’t patronising you from Instagram or TikTok. Your comment is part of your storefront too. Act like it!!!

To save yourself future stress, please observe the comments of some vendors in the comment and block them accordingly, with the way some of them are replying it is obvious its is something they can do as well(disappointing customers).🙂🙂

Na so my caterer no bring food until 5pm on my wedding…..almost all my guests left hungry…then the remaining food, she didn’t give us…..even tho my parents house was beside the hall…she took the left over home
