@jennaxhealth: they make look the same on the outside but one is invisibly struggling every single day #chronicillness #invisibleillness #potssyndrome #relatable
as someone undiagnosed, i feel like this daily. It’s so exhausting and idk what’s wrong with me

"It's the standing" omg YESSSS, I can walk for miles and it's all fine, but the moment I have to stand I get soooo dizzy and sweaty. That's why I need to sit down on public transportation.

I have a watch that tracks my energy levels and it’s really helpful knowing I can actually see my body battery level vs just feeling exhausted. It also tells at me whenever I’m going down

Over 80% would be great. I wake up with 30% and the second i stand up i'm at 5-10% (at least most of the days)

89% is basically 100% 😅 an average day starts more at like 50% or less

People actually wake up when they wake up? I have to take atleast a 20 minute rest after sleeping because everything hurts and then I can dress myself and have to rest again and so on for the day. Not fair????

I start out with like 30%, too much to go back to bed, too little to do anything 🫠

Great visual representation tbh. I’d just change the last line to «a new battery» if I was gonna tailor it to myself that is. Since the outside looks fine but the internals are not.

I don't have any illnesses like that but I absolutely relate to the standing thing. I can literally walk all day, as long as I'm moving I'm fine. As SOON as I have to stand still, I can't handle it, I start feeling all sweaty, weird and restless, it's hard to explain. I'm not exactly dizzy persay (although I do get dizzy if I stand up to fast) but I feel weird. If you see me standing for any extended period of time, it has to be against something or you'll see me standing in a really weird position, trying to use my own leg as a seat. I've always been like this and I'm not sure why.
