In the driver's defense, I watched it repeatedly and it appeared to be amber to me.... sometimes the police get over zealous in their judgment. I've seen it many times over the years. Whether he was over speed was debatable to tho and I admit that.

Fines should start at $5,000.00 instead of $490.00 to truly act as a deterrent. A minor $490.00 penalty teaches these individuals nothing. Canada needs to implement stricter consequences.
