Snob_Ross :

I was once a hammer main, but omega planetes kept taking me down no matter how hard I tried. I then tried switching to other weapons, greatsword, sword and shield, charge blade, but they all fell short, until I picked up the lance. Despite never picking up the lance before fighting omega, I felt an immediate connection to the weapon, like it was everything I ever wanted in a weapon, and I was unknowingly nerfing myself the entire game by not using it. The first attempt against omega with the lance, I beat it, and I finally understood my place as a lance main. Thank you omega planetes, I hate you and will never do your savage quest, but you opened my eyes to my true calling to the lance.
