5-4-3-2-1 theory! I suffer with gut wrenching anxiety. I never remember the order but they go on the senses and this is the environmentaround you.... For example 5 Things you can see 4 Things you can touch 3 Things you can hear 2 Things you can smell 1 Thing you can taste It pulls you out of the moment and has you focus on something else.
