People need to visit slaughterhouses and listen to their hearts. Not people. Your heart will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about how you feel about animals queuing up to have their throats slit. I’ve not eaten my animal friends since 8 years old when I realised what I was being fed. Thriving at 45, no need to hurt animals. They are souls having an experience just as we are. Thou Shalt Not Kill extends to animals and is a spiritual truth, not religious. Don’t hurt the animals people- it’s the lowest of the low. The truth is that we are supposed to be their guardians and protectors. So many ‘enlightened’ people who want to eat them come up with justifications for it. There is none. They don’t want to have their throats slit. Learn to communicate with them and bloody ask them!

Killing an animal by itself is cruel. Apply the same logic to other animals, for example dogs or even humans.

My awareness of animals has gone to an extreme heightened awareness where I feel they communicate with me now that I do not eat meat. Let me just say this my dogs live the most comfortable life that they could possibly have. They’re never left outside. I created a space if I have to leave that has air-conditioning and comforts and food and water. If I have to leave this house I also try to have somebody they trust come by the house and let them in. They eat inside the home. They are not ever left outside they sleep inside now. They are used to being a pack so there are several of them and they’re all a fun little family. They enjoy walks with me because we have a fairly good sized property and made walking paths and they enjoy the grass as well. As soon as I gave up meat, they Grant gravitated even more to me and follow me around and deer will come up to my house and they feel safe. I used to have a lot of issues with butterflies dragonflies even a praying mantis will stop and turn its head and look at me. The birds still have a little bit of a difference for me, but they do try to get in my house from time to time looking for food and shelter. I do leave the door cracked open so the dogs can get in and out during my busy moments while I’m cleaning again again medium rare steaks and I changed and when I changed, the animals noticed as well.
