Now, some people may use Lindsay’s tragic story as an excuse to deny mothers custody of their children. They might claim that any woman showing similar mental-health symptoms could harm her child and that children should therefore automatically stay with their fathers. But one individual case should never be used to judge all women or stigmatize every mother experiencing mental-health difficulties. I don’t think society is prepared for the dangerous consequences of that kind of generalization. Justice for the 3 kids please 🙏🏽

if a person is so unstable that they can be excused from murdering their own children, maybe jail isn't the best place for them. Murder is inexcusable, and the punishment should fit the crime.

She already confessed the trial was just about her being of sound mind, either verdict would have locked her up for life, either a mental institution or jail, yet that juror & many others didn’t seem to understand that. But she might go free if they don’t start a new trial!
