I am a narcissist. The first thing you do is acknowledge the fact. And yes, it is manageable. Extremely difficult. And I’ll tell you right now. I lived with a wonderful wife for 35 years and she would have to explain to me some of the things that I was doing, and I did not even realize it. I have spent thousands of dollars in cash MRI scans and I’ll tell you right now the best place to go is the amen Clinic. Wonderful group of people there and follow through with all the homework. And one of the best things I ever did was go to church and get a relationship with God. 🤷♂️

I have spent 30 years with a narcissistic man being belittled, gaslighted, controlled, constantly lied to, no emotional connection, not being respected and made to feel like I was worthless. Getting out of the relationship now. I know it's gonna take me some time to heal from being treated like that. the thing that keeps me going is knowing that I'll be free soon.
