They said when the ripple lawsuit ended, XRP would moon. Then they said when ISO 20022 went into effect, XRP would moon. Then they said when Trump got reelected XRP would moon. Then they said when the genius act passed, XRP would moon. Based on past history, I very much doubt if the clarity act will move the needle..XRP needs commitments from a few big time players, like SWIFT or the IMF, to use XRP. Until that, or massive amounts of tokenization start happening, XRP is just another coin in a sea of coins.
