The first one is what I get. Sometimes a couple times a week and other times not for months. I went to my neurologist. MRI was clear so she told me to drink more water. It’s so frustrating that nobody has an answer.

every time i accidentally look at the sun or a bright light and have a small spot i start to panic that it’s an ocular migraine. I get like 1-2 per year and the only option i have is to get home immediately and take meds that will make me pass out bc they hurt so unbelievably bad
