You’re really brave, and I’m super impressed that you faced your fear 👏 But I have to point out that the vest you were wearing was a buoyancy aid (50N), not a life jacket. If you had actually started to panic, it might not have been enough to keep you safe 🥺 For this kind of activity, everyone - especially people who aren't confident in the water - should wear a 150N life jacket. Still, something is better than nothing, and it’s great that you had at least some protection 👍
