Now take her to court and go before the judge once the judge finds out that you were told that that was your baby you were under the impression that was your baby and something just told you to take a DNA test they’re not gonna make you pay child support for a child that is not yours and that you had no knowledge of the fact that it was not yours. You won’t get her to pay that child support that you already paid or if you have but gonna make you pay no child support.

fathers should not be able to sign without a DNA test preformed first. it shouldnt even be their decision. And if they know that it isnt their child, they should not be allowed to sign without acknowledging it on another form.

I just hope they don’t live in a state that still makes them pay CS even though he not the daddy. Him signing the certificate really hurts him in one of those states 🤔😬
