hey so i worked at mcdonald's in a different country and this situation really peaked my interest bc they take cleanliness VERY seriously in the country i worked in.. i literally had to attend a compulsory course that lasted the whole day to spread the awareness about cleanliness and it lit had a test i had to pass with 100%. along with that we (ALL THE WORKERS EVEN THE MANAGERS) HAD to clean and check so that everything stayed okay ... it is insane how usa does not have these protocols..
