seeing the comments under some of your videos makes me feel so weird. like this is very close to the daily lives of a lot of ppl from where i am, myself included. waking up at the break of dawn, feeding the livestock, working in the fields where we grow our food. by 8 or 9 the 'chores' are done. then we study and by mid day thats done. make n eat lunch. in afternoon kids play elders take naps/get together at relatives/neighbors. then dinner and everyone goes to bed. that's every day life for so many people .. and yet people react listening to it like its so strange - its not.

I always advise new mums to try to get outside once a day, even just a short walk around the block. Do good for Bub and your mental health.
