where AI is solving cancer, where AI is solving world hunger, where is AI solving lying and stealing… You are talking about AGI and next gen and new models. It is a mathematical function predicting the next word in a sentence! We do not have AI, as people use the term, let alone any reason whatsoever. Drive the hype Mr. Nate, I understand that, but do not lie to people, please.

Yeah, and what strikes me most is that capitalism is pulling our attention toward the least important things in the AI space, rather than the important ones you brought up

I’m really interested in this being applied to genomics, as someone with an orphan disease. The computational need is huge.

With something that powerful it would need lots of testing. I like the show “the beauty” to reference when the ageless breakthroughs would come in. The beauty is fiction and drama but there are aspects about it I am comparing jokingly. But testing would be good.

Problem is most people don't know what to do with the Tech because you should already know stuff about the topics you wanna use AI on 😂😂😂 that's the issue. It's like teaching an NPC being the Main Character in a Videogame
