@beaniewrlz0: What is a Liminal Space? The concept: A liminal space is a doorway or transition zone.Examples: Empty hallways, dark parking garages, closed schools at night, or lonely rest stops. The feeling: They look normal, but they feel wrong. They lack the people who usually fill them. The Backrooms ConnectionThe origin: The Backrooms is an internet urban legend and creepypasta. It grew out of a single photo of a yellow, empty office hallway. The twist: The Backrooms turns real-world liminal spaces into an endless, hostile maze. The relation: Liminal spaces provide the visual style and creepy mood for the Backrooms. Why They Feel CreepyWrong context: Your brain expects noise and crowds in these areas. Silence creates tension.Uncanny valley: The spaces look familiar, but your mind knows something is missing.Endless wandering: Both concepts make you feel trapped in a loop with no clear exit. #liminalspaces #liminal #yourmonth #thebackrooms #backrooms
