@kpixtv: Local Boy Scout Troop 1847 stepped in to help with cleanup after this year’s Burning Man festival in Nevada. The troop started the annual Burning Man cleanup effort three years ago, helping attendees uphold the festival’s “leave no trace” motto. The scouts give people a place to not only dump trash but also donate unused supplies to the local community.

They didn’t actually clean anything. For three consecutive Labor Day weekends, Reno-area Boy Scout Troop 1847 has stationed themselves along the Burning Man exodus route. They set up a collection site to help departing attendees—known as "Burners"—offload trash, unused food, water, and camping gear that they cannot haul back home.
