@leah.brooks336: Your nervous system is begging for a break. If you're constantly stressed, crushing high-intensity workouts every single day is actually working against you. We're currently working on an adaptive nutrition and training companion for the GLP-1 journey. Anchor tunes your daily targets to your real-time appetite, energy, and dose week so you can prioritize muscle preservation and keep the weight off for good. Walking is one of the most underrated, science-backed tools to naturally lower cortisol, pull your body out of "fight or flight," and even physically grow the memory center of your brain. Stop underestimating the basics. Take a rest day, get outside, and go for a walk.🤍 . . . . . . . . . . I think for women this is very specific and different because where I live I cannot go for a walk without being overly cautious sexualize and it’s extremely uncomfortable to go to regular basic every day task. I love being outside in nature, but I currently don’t live in an environment that allows me to do that going outside. Will definitely not grow my hippocampus if anything it will send me directly into nervous system overdrive.

Walking a lot increased my hunger significantly and I felt more stressed. I noticed I feel better when doing short runs and my body has leaned out more, combined with strength training and yoga.
