I don't believe the narratives Tiktok tells anymore. We've had floods in countries that haven't flooded with footage of the flood in the U.S. This man's name would be mentioned as it is public record if this really went down like this. I'm reluctant to believe the information on any TikTok video without specific names, locations and dates an incident took place.
