I don’t know if it’s been done already but the police can pull video from the RTA buses so maybe you can get a clearer picture of the person or plates . It must be done as soon as possible because those videos will be deleted within 7 to 30 days after sept 4th . Prayers for the girl 😢 and family

Is that truck heading towards the Victoria Bridge or Central. Plus there a Temple and a Church. President Roosevelt Palm tree is that little island. Arroyo street is also street Elsinore St. They have to be able to track the truck.

Maybe try looking through the apartment complex parking just up the road from there to see if maybe the driver was almost home?
