That sounds nice but then you'd have to 1. Raise gasoline/diesel taxes 2. Increase sales taxes 3. Increase income taxes 4. Increase tolling 5. Use more General Fund money for transportation 6. Cut transportation/local-government spending 7. Create another vehicle-related tax
