You get a ticket system with someone who doesn't understand business or marketing. ⁠ Your nephew who's good with computers. He might be awesome, I have no idea. But he probably doesn't know SEO and you're probably wasting his time and yours. ⁠ In-house hire. This is actually the best, if you can afford 70 grand. The hard part is knowing how to manage them. ⁠ Local agency.
