@jess.with.the.mess_: Godly discernment taught me something powerful: I don’t have to chase clarity. I don’t have to beg for consistency. I don’t have to repeatedly explain how I deserve to be treated. I can communicate once, step back, and observe. Because eventually, consistency gives you the answer that words couldn’t. I’m not angry. I’m not bitter. I’m not getting revenge. I’m simply learning that protecting my peace sometimes means allowing people to reveal themselves without interrupting the process. And I can let consistency or the lack of it tell me what I need to know. Being a godly woman doesn’t mean accepting the bare minimum just to prove you’re loving, patient, or forgiving. Sometimes wisdom looks like being still, guarding your heart, and allowing people to show you what they’re willing to give. I’m no longer forcing connection, begging for reciprocity, or trying to convince anyone of my value.
