I agree with the Supreme Court decisions. I humbly submit that Article 2(1)(a)(b) gives the Supreme Court the original jurisdiction on the interpretation and enforcement of the constitution. Aside the Supreme Court no other court has that jurisdiction. Therefore if any court decide on a case that has to do with the interpretation and enforcement of the 1992 constitution, Any party to that dispute may apply for certiorari to the Supreme Court to quash that decision made by the lower court. Again, Article 130(1)(a) posits that all matters relating to the enforcement and interpretation of the Constitution is vested in the Supreme Court which is the Supreme Court exclusive original jurisdiction. Article 130(2) further affirms that any matter that may arise in relation to clause 1 of Article 130, the court shall stay proceedings and refer the matter to the Supreme Court. We can also look at cases like AGYEKUM V BOADI, REPUBLIC V HIGH COURT, ACCRA; EX PARTE ZANETOR (HON NII ARMAH ASHITEY AND NDC, INTERESTED PARTIES), TUFFOUR V ATTORNEY GENERAL ETC
