Convinced these guys copy each other's info & after our Wish cruise Labor Day...its 99% WRONG!! 1) CS confirmed...there are no sit down lunches unless u do the Palo ( which dnt open til a certain time) 2) all these open house specials are over by 12pm, so basically for previous cruisers 3) Characters are not out til after Sail Away party 4) Wish has colors: AFT is Green carpet, FORWARD is Blue (double chk the colors, lol) elevators were not bad but we boarded like 2, got on a lil early 5) I wld plan to arrive at least an hr early, if u smoke 1.5 hrs to grab tht ladt one b4 going thru to get docs checked...Ours went quick 6) Room service is limited after a certain time 7) NAV APP does not always have the correct info & does not always push notifications We & many others contacted corporate after the cruise b/c the entertainment scheduling was horrible...things not posted anywhere, changes not announced, things cancelled (some blamed on weather & it was no weather, esp the last night when they were trying to close everything to clean & flip the ship) we were furious, they were more worried about flipping the ship not taking care of those still on the ship, GET A PRINTED SCH DAILY FROM CS (print is very small but it was the closest to having the correct info) 4) Excursions-read carefully & ask questions, u bk these months ahead but u dnt knw the schedule for other things til u get on board, the day of. U cannot cancel after 3 days prior. We did Snorkeling in Nassau. We're frm FL & knw all things water...wr didnt even stay in maybe 15 mins b/c we felt unsafe. We were taken to the outside edge of where boats go flying in n out, they had 3 Catamarans lined up, threw out a long line with a life preserved (which everyone got tangled up in) the equipment was old & very worn, & we were told to stay directly behind the boat or we cld be hit (WTH) it was not much room for twenty somethinf people, the current was so bad it was a fight to even stay behind the boat. We just gave up & got out, waste of $80 a person. On Castaway my daughter/grandson did the Stingray excursion & it wasnt bad even though 1 kid was ruining the feeding part for everyone..(see reply)
