@blackpearlmassage: My turn for self care! 😀 | Lauren - Gilbert AZ, LMT What a role reversal it is! Yay! Every time I get a massage, I do think how weird it is. I’m in the shoes of my clients, but I’m not receiving my Massage. And I think about how I wish I could authentically experience what my flow, what my techniques actually feel like. But oh well, the people that I go to, they’re all awesome in different ways. That’s what is cool about switching between a few different massage therapists: everyone has their own specialty. Being a massage therapist is amazing. My job is someone’s self-care day, which means a lot. Clients are coming in stressed out. It’s not the worst day of my clients life when they see me. This keeps me from hating my job LOL This is why I give props to emergency careers that put you with someone on the worst day of their life. Could not be me. I’ll go ahead and give my clients that relaxation and getaway they’ve been looking for. #selfcaretiktok #massagetherapy #massage #SmallBusiness #az
