Why would a Philadelphia police officer go to New York City to help rescue who ?? after the second day. It was a crime scene. You need a special permission to get on the pit. I was there 96 days. I don’t remember seeing any other state departments down there.

Yes they deserve the death benefits. My husband died of Covid in the line of duty Alameda County Sheriff’s Office and after a five year legal battle I was denied. We all deserve benefits!
