so when I was a claims adjuster over a decade ago. I hated those types of people that they knew that they were the ones that were 50/50 at fault or that they were at fault for the accident in general. then they thought screaming yelling and hollering was somehow going to get the claim to move faster I don't know how that works

I had a claim like this today that I set liability on where it was the CA and I agreed on 50/50 given both parties fyrow and failed to maintain proper lookout and the clmt was pissed and I said when the pr comes in I’ll re-look and she is like I’m getting an atty. I’m like okay cool lmao

that's why the document is important for the insurance especially if you want to prove that you're not at fault for anything. making excuses and stating that you're insurance doesn't want to help you is making your claims processing long time
